Accountant (Contracted Services) – Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation

Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation (GSDC), a local 501 (c) (3) non- profit organization leading economic development for the region, has a current opportunity for a part time (20-25 hours per week) Contracted Services Accountant effective immediately. Desired candidate will demonstrate the following competencies:

Required Competencies

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Competencies

  • Budgyt Business Budgeting Software
  • Salesforce CRM

Accounting Priorities

  • Payroll, semi-monthly processing and required reporting
  • Month-end and other financial reporting
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processing
  • Budget development and management
  • Annual investor contribution letter

Office Management Priorities

  • Investor data-base management
  • Lease and contract management
  • Managing and ordering office supplies
  • Internal systems support
