Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation launches series of summer career events

Coffee-and-Careers-Flyer- All Participating Employers 

St. Cloud, MN, June 12, 2015 – The Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation (GSDC) will be holding a four-part series of events designed to connect job seekers and employers in the greater St. Cloud region.  The events will take place at Capital One Café located in the Capital One building in downtown St. Cloud.

Each “Coffee and Careers at the Capital” event will feature four local employers who will be highlighting employment opportunities in their respective companies.  Job seekers will have the opportunity to speak individually with employer representatives in a relaxed, casual atmosphere.  College career services representatives will be available to provide information about creating a resume, job interviewing and other job seeking skills.   Assistance with Linked In profiles will also be available from DAYTA Marketing.

Our next event will take place on August 27th from 7-9 a.m. and feature Geo-Comm, Park Industries, Granite Logistics and Capital ONE.  Our 4th event in the series will be held on September 18th from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

All events will be held at Capital One Café and are free and open to the public.

The GSDC will be hosting its annual Talent Summit on January 21, 2016 at the River’s Edge Conference Center.  Watch for more information regarding details of this exciting and engaging event again connecting job seekers with employers in the Greater St. Cloud area!
