Prepares and cooks to order foods requiring only short preparation time. May carve meats and fill customer orders on cafeteria line. May fry foods on grill and/or use deep fryer. Performs set-up and cleaning duties of work area.
Oversee other cooks as assigned and produces assigned menu items according to standardized recipes. Prepares, seasons, cooks soups, meats, vegetables, desserts and other foodstuffs. Ensures proper storage and rotation of inventories in refrigerators.
